PREORDER POLICY
Products are often for sale before they are released by the manufacturer to ensure that our customers have the opportunity to place an order. If you purchase one of these items, payment is required at the time the order is placed. If an item is listed as a pre-order, it means the item is not yet available and we are taking advance orders, the item will then be shipped once the product is released. If an item is listed as 'In Stock' this means that we still have sufficient stock to fulfill preorders. If you place a pre-order along with other items that are not on pre-order, we will not ship the entire order until the pre-order product is available.
All pre-orders will be shipped out in one shipment.
MANUFACTURER ALLOCATIONS:
There are rare occasions where manufacturers have allocations or ship their product in multiple waves. We will do our best to keep you updated every step of the way with advice we receive from our suppliers. We will send all pre-orders out in the order that they are purchased. In extreme circumstance that which we receive less stock than ordered from our supplier (allocations), we will endeavour to ensure all customers receive a partially fulfilled order of the product they had on Pre-Order. If we need to we reserve the right to change order quantities to ensure all customers receive preorder stock. Any items not supplied due to allocation will be refunded in full.
We will send all pre-orders out in the order that they are purchased.
RELEASE DATES FOR PREORDER ITEMS
All release dates noted on the website are only a guide as this can change depending on the manufacturer - PokéHut will strive to supply all preorder products on the schedule provided however sometimes factors outside our control (eg. logistics or manufacturing delays) mean that there can be delays beyond release date. PokéHut will not be held liable for any delays to preorders beyond the estimated release day. When stock arrives on or before the estimated release day these items will be shipped from release day.
PREORDER CANCELLATIONS
Please note, all Pre-orders are final and cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed. PokéHut Returns policy applies once items have been delivered to you. If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled from our end, you will receive a full refund, in the event of an allocation a partial refund depending on the amount of stock we can supply.
Unseeded: A box or pack is "unseeded" when its distribution is completely random, with no guaranteed pull rate. Higher Risk, Higher Reward.
Seeded: A box or pack is "seeded" when it is intentionally limited to a specific rate. For example, 1 - 2 hits per booster box.
